Lao Disabled Women's Development is an active advocate, for the Rights, recognition and equal opportunity of disabled women, by giving them ability, knowledge, vocational training and access to jobs in order to assist them in becoming self sufficient members of the community.
LDWDC provides training over a period of 6 months at purpose built-live facilities. During this period, people from all over Laos are given the opportunity to learn and develop income generating skills to enable them to integrate into their community as self sufficient citizens. The training is combined with manufacture to ensure that trainees gain a full understanding of all areas of production throughout their stay.

Since 2007, they start to train them in dancing. After work, all the students practice together. With their group, they perform in events as the International Day of Disabilities.
