Mission:
To enhance the full participation of and equal opportunities for PWDs in all spheres of society.

Goals:

1. Enhancing the disability-equality awareness of society members and PWDs themselves.
2. Building the capacity for orgs of PWDs to effectively accomplish their positive and active role of representative of PWDs.
3. Developing the training courses on social work and disability.

Some achievements:

• To conduct 20 trainings on Disability Awareness for DPOs in the South Vietnam. More PWDs feel confident to integrate into society, especially to be full participation in their organizations.
• To built DPO's network in the South Vietnam and to consult for setting up DPOs in different provinces.
• Scholarship and Mentoring Program: 21 Students with disabilities receive full scholarship and to be the tutors for 21 children with serve disabilities.
• Social work: To help 40 social work students to practice before graduating.
• Employment: From 2006 to now, DRD have introduces 200 PWDs working in companies and factories.
• Events: To organize 3 events to celebrate National / International Disability Day.

* Unique 15,3%: 300 people with/without disability,
* One World For All: 500 people with/without disability,
* "The Sky is the limit" - evening performance by artists with disabilities.
